“Let Me introduce Myself. Some of My People seem to have forgotten the magnitude of who I AM.
As a God of the Knowledge of all that is knowable, I have all the answers. I AM ALL KNOWING.”
He knows where He wants us to be, at what time and what we are to say and do.
“I AM the God of limitless Power. I have the ability to communicate in every language.
I AM the God of infinite WISDOM. I know HOW and WHEN to COMMUNICATE.
I AM the God of total JUSTICE. I will only tell you to do what is right and just for you and everyone else involved with your decisions.
I AM the God of absolute RIGHTEOUSNESS. I will never tell you to do anything unholy or inconsistent with my character or the principles in My Holy Word, The Bible.
I AM the God of unfathomable LOVE. I long to COMMUNICATE with you.
I AM the God who keeps His PROMISES. I AM the ULTIMATE PROMISE KEEPER. I have given you promises from My WORD.”
There is a story I once read about a certain harbor in Italy that can only be reached by sailing up a narrow channel between dangerous large rocks.
Ships three lights have been mounted on three huge poles. Lights must be lined up and seen as one before it is safe to proceed up the channel.
If the pilot of the ship sees 2 lights or 3 separately, he knows he is off course of in danger! So it is with us. You are not a ship without direction.
“I have given you THREE HARBOR LIGHTS.”
Our THREE HARBOR LIGHTS are:
1. The Word of God.
2. The Holy Spirit.
3. Circumstances.
God has said in His Word.
“For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount.” 2 Peter 1:17-18.
God spoke audibly.
“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.” Hebrews 13:8.
We must develop listening skills. We really don’t need anything more than the knowledge of God’s character to believe HE will guide us but as added bonus, He has given His promises from His Word.
It is a picture of what daily moment by moment communion with God can look like. It compelled me to learn to hear His Voice clearly and converse with HIM continually.
As I practiced His presence, I grew in the truth that He was with me always and longing to communicate with me, guide me, and lead me into all Truth.
“By faith Enoch was taken away so that he did not see death, “and was not found, because God had taken him”; for before he was taken he had this testimony, that he pleased God. But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” Hebrews 11:5-6.
